These Terms of Service govern Nivaro Private Browser. Downloading, installing or using the app means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
1. About the app
Nivaro Private Browser is a browser for iOS that may include private browsing tools, browser utilities, privacy controls and optional subscription features. What the app can do, whether it is available, and how compatible it is may differ depending on your device, location, operating system or the version of the service.
2. Eligibility
You need to meet the age and other requirements that apply where you live and under Apple App Store policies. Keeping control of your device, your Apple ID and any account credentials linked to Nivaro is your responsibility.
3. Subscriptions, renewal and refunds
Certain features may need a paid subscription. Every purchase goes through Apple In-App Purchase and is charged to your Apple ID once you confirm it. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
You can view, change or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, including through reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices, plans, introductory offers, trials and subscription lengths may differ by region and are subject to change.
4. Acceptable use
Use Nivaro only in line with applicable law. You agree not to use the app to:
- get into systems, accounts or networks without permission;
- spread malware, spam, misleading material or other harmful content;
- disrupt, overload, probe or interfere with the app or other parties' systems;
- bypass security measures or abuse privacy features;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or
- help with unlawful or abusive activity.
If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may suspend or end your access to Nivaro.
5. Intellectual property
Nivaro, including its software, design, interface, names, graphics, content and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Nivaro and protected by law. Unless the law expressly allows it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or make derivative works from the app.
6. Availability and disclaimer
We try to keep Nivaro dependable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, interruptions or security vulnerabilities. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available".
7. Limitation of liability
As far as applicable law permits, Nivaro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages that arise from or relate to your use of the app or your inability to use it.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
Your use of Nivaro is also subject to the Nivaro Private Browser Privacy Policy and the applicable Apple App Store terms. We may update these Terms by publishing a new, dated version in the app or on our website. You can stop using the app whenever you like; subscriptions have to be cancelled in your Apple settings.
