Nivaro Private Browser (referred to here as "Nivaro", "we", "us" or "our") is built to give you more say over how you browse. This policy describes the small amount of information we may handle when you use the Nivaro Private Browser app.
1. Information we may handle
To run and maintain the app's features, we may process a limited set of information:
- your email address or an account identifier, but only if you use a feature that needs an account;
- purchase entitlement details, product identifiers and subscription status supplied by Apple;
- technical details such as device type, operating system version, app version, language and approximate region;
- crash reports, diagnostic logs and app performance events; and
- whatever you choose to tell us when you write to support.
Apple processes all payments through the App Store. We never collect or keep your full payment card details.
2. Privacy while you browse
Nivaro Private Browser aims to make browsing more private. We do not collect or keep the content of pages you open, your search queries, the files you download, or the content of any communications you send or receive in the browser.
Data the browser keeps locally on your device, including tabs, history, website data and bookmarks, is under your control through the app and your device settings. You can delete it using the tools provided in the app.
3. Why we use information
We use operational information only to the extent reasonably needed to:
- provide the app and any features you have purchased;
- check and manage access to your subscription;
- find crashes, stability problems and security risks;
- understand how features perform in aggregate and improve the product;
- answer your questions and support requests; and
- prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized use.
4. Service providers
Some providers help us operate Nivaro. We may use Firebase services from Google LLC for analytics, remote configuration and crash diagnostics (see the Google Privacy Policy). Apphud may process information about subscriptions and purchase entitlements (see the Apphud Privacy Policy).
We do not sell personal information. Nivaro contains no third-party advertising SDKs and does not use cross-app tracking technologies.
5. Sharing
Limited information may be shared with providers working on our behalf, when the law requires disclosure, or when it is needed to protect the safety, rights, security or integrity of Nivaro and the people who use it. Browsing content is never shared for advertising.
6. Retention and security
Account, purchase, support and diagnostic information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to run the service, comply with the law, settle disputes and maintain the app. We protect it with reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections, secured infrastructure and restricted access. Still, no way of sending or storing data is completely secure.
7. Children and your rights
Nivaro is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Depending on your location, you may be entitled to ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information. Send any such request to support@baklajan.io.
8. Updates and contact
This policy may change as the app or the rules that apply to it change. Any new version will be published in the app or on our website with a fresh "Last updated" date. Privacy questions can be sent to support@baklajan.io.
