Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions run through Apple. Go to your Apple ID account settings to view, change or cancel one. To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Asking for a refund

Refunds are decided by Apple under its own policies, for example through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Clearing browsing data

Tabs, history, website data and bookmarks are stored on your device. You can remove them using the controls in the app and in your device settings.

Making a privacy request

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information. Email support@baklajan.io with your request.
